This article uses text from Chapter 2: Shapes
Phases of the Shapes
The model describes the shapes that men make naturally, so we can see how easy it is to fake. We are going to walk through the first six phases of their movement, and try to replicate their movements. We will do this by drawing a figure from memory that corresponds to each of the six stages, then tracing the figure from memory with a pencil on paper.
The model will assume a circular shape, and assume that the ground is a circle and the model is standing on the ground. We will be drawing basic circular shapes from the standpoint of the form, not a circular surface. In the diagram, I will try to demonstrate the first four phases. This will be just the first in a series of articles that will demonstrate how men naturally walk and move.

Phase 1: The Three Clicks

Now we will walk through the first two stages of the figure, the first step of the figure, which is the clicking of the right foot. This should only take a minute to do, because the clicking is a natural function of the joints in the feet.
Here is the model clicking the right leg forward, using his right foot. He used the three clicks of the heel.

Phase 2: The Two Clicks

Next, we will move to the second phase of the figure, the stepping of the left leg forward. This is not a natural motion for the feet to make. It should take a little while to perform this simple task, but it is easy. He stepped with the right leg, clicking the right heel.

Phase 3: The One Click

Here is the last phase, when the left leg is set in the next step of the figure. This is the switching of the feet. Here is the model setting the left leg into the next step. The model has been clicked into the next step.

Phase 4: The Two Sticks

We are going to practice snapping the right leg forward, and then the left leg is set in the next step. The model is snapping his left leg forward.

Phase 5: The Three Sticks

This is an easy step. All that is required is the sliding of the foot from one step to the next, because of the flexibility of the joints. The problem is to do this quickly. Here is the model snapping the left leg forward. This is an easy step, all that is required is the sliding of the right leg forward.

Phase 6: The Lezhinx

All of these movements are completed by the stepping with the toes. To see this pattern, the model is clicked into the next step, the stepping with the toes. To see this pattern, the model is clicked into the next step, the stepping with the toes.

Phase 7: The Lezhinx

To perform this move, we will take a little time to move on to the next level.
Phase 8: The Lezhinx
Here we are now going to do the stepping with the toes, and switch the feet. Here is the model shifting his feet, clicking with the toes.

Phase 9: The Lezhinx

To perform this movement, the model is shifted into the next step. The model is shifted into the next step.

Phase 10: The Lezhinx

To perform this movement, the model shifts his body, and clicks with his toes. The Lezhinx This is the switching of feet.  The model is moving his feet forward and back, with the toes in the air. Now the model shifts his body and clicks with his toes. The model shifts his body and clicks with his toes. Here the model is shifting his body and then clicking his toes. In the last phase, the model shifts into the next step, with both feet forward. The model shifts his body, and clicks with both feet, in front of his body.
